Govind-Ghat

Govind-Ghat is a small hamlet situated on the confluence of Alaknanda and Laxman Ganga. Govind-Ghat is 19 km from Joshimath, on the Kedarnath - Badrinath road, some 109 km from Rishikesh. Govind-Ghat is a starting point for treks in that region. From here treks can me made to the Valley of Flowers, Hemkund Sahib, lakes and glaciers.
